You turn the knob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That moment, right there, is where strength gets defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strength doesn\u2019t mean carrying everything alone.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Picture a foundation being poured for a house.<br>The concrete isn&#8217;t strong because it stands isolated.<br>It&#8217;s strong because of what&#8217;s mixed into it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The very things that make it vulnerable in the mixing process are what make it unshakable when it sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your heart works the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul wrote, &#8220;Carry each other&#8217;s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.&#8221; (Galatians 6:2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that he doesn\u2019t say &#8220;carry your own burden in silence.&#8221;<br>Or &#8220;prove you don&#8217;t need anyone.&#8221;<br>But carry each other&#8217;s burdens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That word &#8220;carry&#8221; isn&#8217;t about strength.<br>It&#8217;s about movement.<br>It&#8217;s about letting someone else step into the load with you.<br>Even when every instinct says to shoulder it alone\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The strongest foundations are built with help.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s what vulnerability actually looks like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s texting your friend and saying, &#8220;I&#8217;m struggling with something. Can we talk?&#8221;<br>It&#8217;s telling your spouse, &#8220;I don&#8217;t have this figured out yet.&#8221;<br>It&#8217;s showing your kids that grown men ask for help, admit mistakes, and sit with hard emotions without running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, reach out to one person.<br>Tell them one true thing you&#8217;ve been carrying alone.<br>Five minutes. One text.
