When was the last time you felt truly alive?
Not proud. Not validated. Alive.

It probably wasn’t when you got the title or the paycheck.
It was when you took the risk.
When you did the thing that scared you.
When you stopped asking permission and just moved.

Happiness isn’t something you chase.
It’s something you build.
And it starts with one honest choice at a time.

Here’s your focus for today:

Audit one thing: Write down one thing you’ve been doing for someone else’s approval. Just one. Then ask yourself, what would I do if no one were watching?
Rewrite the script: Someone else handed you a blueprint (degree, job, person, then happiness). That’s not your story. Identify one place where you’ve been reading someone else’s lines and choose a different direction today.
Stop performing, start living: Every day you choose yourself over the script someone else wrote for you, you lay another brick in the foundation of a life that’s actually yours.
Anchor your day in this truth: “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” — Matthew 6:21

Stop chasing happiness.
The greatest happiness you’ll ever find isn’t out there; it’s inside you.
