Statement of Faith

What we believe

The sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God’s infallible written Word, the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments.

We believe it was inspired by the Holy Spirit and written
without error in the original manuscripts.

We affirm that the Scriptures are uniquely, verbally, and
fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, and that the original manuscripts were
composed without error. Therefore, the Bible serves as the ultimate and final
authority on every matter it addresses.

We are created in the likeness of God, intended to engage in
a relationship with Him. Our purpose is to love God and one another,
consistently prioritizing the needs of others.

We have turned away from God by living selfishly, failing to
meet his perfect standard. Despite this, God’s immense love led him to send his
son to take on human form, repairing our broken relationship with him.

The Son adopted the role of a servant, demonstrating his
identity through acts of healing the sick, exercising authority over nature,
and serving others. He even took the humble step of washing his followers’
feet. Ultimately, he endured a painful death, followed by his resurrection
three days later.

In his death, the Son accepted the consequences for mankind’s
rejection of God. In his resurrection, he demonstrates the possibility of hope
beyond death. He now extends an offer of forgiveness and a renewed life in
alignment with God.

Jesus Christ, recognized as the Son of God, extends an
invitation to individuals to explore a new relationship with God. This is
achieved by renouncing our previous lifestyle, which prioritized personal
interests. By believing in Jesus Christ and embracing his transformative power,
we open ourselves to renewal through God’s Holy Spirit, impacting our hearts,
minds, and lives. Accepting this invitation involves committing to follow his
guidance.

We hold the belief that God created men and women in His own
image.

We believe in traditional marriage between man and woman.

We uphold the importance of family values.

We affirm that the Good News should be communicated to all
nations prior to the return of Jesus.
